Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has represented enterprise mobile consultancy Bluetube in the relocation, consolidation and expansion of its headquarters to One Midtown Plaza, 1360 Peachtree St. NE in Atlanta.
Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Kirk Diamond and Senior Vice President Tim Farley represented Bluetube in its lease for 8,500 square feet at the Midtown office tower. Additionally, Cushman & Wakefield will provide project management services for the build out of Bluetube’s new headquarters office space. Lincoln Property Co.’s Michael Howell represented ownership in the leasing transaction.
Bluetube guides some of the largest brands through the lifecycle of application development – designing, building, implementing and maintaining mobile apps that enhance customer engagement and enable sales teams. The company develops innovative solutions on platforms such as Xamarin, Sitecore and Salesforce. Bluetube is one of only 10 Xamarin Elite Partners worldwide.
For the past five years Bluetube has experienced over 300 percent organic growth, expanding to more than 50 employees and maintaining a position on Inc.’s list of the fastest growing companies in the U.S.
“Our relocation is an important milestone in Bluetube’s evolution and growth,” said Grant Davies, Bluetube CEO and founding partner. “Atlanta is an established business-to-business tech hub, and Midtown is the center of that hub. One Midtown Plaza’s location speaks to who Bluetube is as an organization, and enables us to continue to recruit top talent and take advantage of Midtown’s amenities and infrastructure.”
Added Kirk Diamond, “We have a shared approach with Bluetube in terms of building long-term relationships with clients and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. It’s truly a pleasure to work with rapidly growing firms such as Bluetube and help them devise and execute strategies that further their dynamic expansion.”
