Cushman and Wakefield’s Atlanta Retail Investment Advisors Group has arranged the sale of the 52,365-square-foot Parkway Plaza Shopping Center in Brunswick and the 106,557-square-foot Grove Park Shopping Center in Orangeburg, S.C.

Parkway Plaza is 97% leased and anchored by Winn-Dixie. Other tenants include Dollar General, Subway, LA Nails and China Garden. The purchase also included 2.1 acres of undeveloped land. Grove Park Shopping Center is 90% leased and anchored by a BI-LO. Other tenants include Kool Smiles and a locally owned pharmacy.

Both properties were purchased by Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust of Virginia Beach, Va. The seller of Parkway Plaza was the Farrell-Roeh Group of Littleton, Colo. Diversified Realty Ventures of Bethesda, Maryland, was the seller of Grove Park Shopping Center.
