Rubenstein Partners, L.P., has acquired Interstate North Office Park for approximately $90 million, and Cushman & Wakefield will remain responsible for the management and leasing of the property. Interstate North Office Park, consisting of 11 buildings and 985,490 square feet, is situated at the intersection of I-75 and I-285 in the Cumberland/Galleria district.

The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team for Interstate North Office Park is led by Andy Sumlin and Caroline Nolen. Gina Dodson is the general manager of the property.

With development of a new stadium and surrounding amenities for the Atlanta Braves combined with extensive transportation improvements, the Cumberland/Galleria is undergoing a transformation.

The 67-acre office park is 60 percent leased and offers up to 150,000 square feet of contiguous, Class A office space in a market that has limited large blocks of vacant space available. Rubenstein plans further investment in improvements to outdoor common areas, building lobbies and restrooms, along with upgrades to mechanical and elevator systems.

Interstate North Office Park is also near The Battery, SunTrust Park, multiple residential communities and commercial projects that are joining existing amenities such as Cobb Energy Center and the Chattahoochee National Park. Additionally, tenants at the development will be able to take advantage of road improvements such as the Windy Hill Diverging Diamond, I-75 Express lanes and Interstate North Circle realignment that currently are under construction.
