ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Based in Atlanta, George Olmstead oversees C&W’s local medical office leasing practice. He is also a Principal with the firm’s National Healthcare Practice Group. A healthcare real estate veteran with more than 16 years of experience, Mr. Olmstead is consistently rated as one of Atlanta’s top leasing agents. In 2014, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized him as the No. 1 landlord producer in the metro area, completing more medical office leases than his counterparts who focus on more traditional office leasing. Currently, Mr. Olmstead oversees the marketing and leasing of more than 700,000 sf of medical office buildings. He is also recognized for his healthcare tenant advisory expertise, as he has represented numerous medical practices and healthcare companies find and secure space.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Olmstead was a Principal with Olmstead Realty, LLC, a dedicated healthcare real estate services firm. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President with Cousins Properties, Inc., and later a Partner with Kirbo Property Services, LLC, a diversified medical office leasing and development firm where he oversaw all brokerage services.

As Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Brandon Wallace co-leads the Healthcare Practice Group alongside George Olmstead, which offers real estate services to healthcare systems, providers and investors through a platform bolstered by a combined more than 35 year track-record. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Wallace was a First Vice President with CBRE’s Healthcare Services Group, where he oversaw all phases of exclusive property listings for investors and owners of medical facilities, as well as acquisition and disposition strategies and market analysis. He also worked with providers to assist their evaluation and execution of strategic sight selections and portfolio optimization. Previously, Wallace held positions with Meadows & Ohly, Inc. and Wallace Property Group, Inc. and has successfully negotiated and executed more than $300 million in real estate transactions.
Mr. Wallace is married with two kids and resides in Milton, Georgia. He and his family are active members of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, and he enjoys spending his free time with his family and occasionally on the golf course.
